About
Built so late developers stop being overlooked.
H-PRAXIS (Human Performance, Rehabilitation and Athletic eXcellence through Integrative aSsessments) is a sports science practice in Cyprus. We built a platform because we kept watching the same story: promising athletes written off — or overrated — for their birthday, not their potential.
Why we exist
Youth sport keeps selecting birthdays.
In every age group, the athletes who matured early look stronger, faster and more "talented" — and the system rewards them for it. The late developers, who may hold equal or greater long-term potential, quietly drop out of squads, out of academies, and out of sport.
The fix isn't more testing. It's fairer interpretation: reading every result against biological maturation and honest reference data, then tracking each athlete against their own development curve — season after season.
That is what this platform does. Testing collects the data; the platform turns it into decisions a coach can defend.
Our standards
The rules we hold ourselves to.
Evidence-based selection
Every test in every battery earns its place from peer-reviewed research, and the battery is revised as the literature moves — not as trends do.
Transparent citations
Every normative comparison in every report names its source. If we can't cite it, we don't show it.
Honest data gates
We would rather show “not enough data yet” than manufacture certainty. Thresholds, minimum peer counts and approximation flags are built into the platform, not left to goodwill.
